(01).first of all, you need to jailbreak your iphone 4(learn more)
.This will allow you to access Cydia, which is a service that can install apps not allowed on the official App Store.

(02).Open Cydia. Tap the Cydia app icon
(03).select Manage . It's a downward-facing arrow icon at the bottom of the screen.
On an iPhone 3GS, you'll instead tap the book-shaped icon at the bottom of the screen.
(04).select sources button,then Tap Edit . It's in the top-right corner of the screen.
(05).Tap Add . You'll find this option in the top-left corner of the screen.
(06).add this siri sources.Type (01).bassamkassem.myrepospace.com
into the text box which appears, then tap Add Source.
(07).Open that siri source. Tap BassamKassem - MyRepoSpace near the top of the Sources page.
(08).Scroll down until you find the "[Ac!D] Siri-7"
(09). tap Install, and tap Confirm if prompted.
(10).Wait for your iPhone to restart. This process may take several minutes,
(11).Active Siri. Open your iPhone's Settings,then tap General, tap Siri, and tap the white "Siri" switch at the top of the screen.
(12).Open App DB. You'll find this app on one of your iPhone's Home Screens,then select RUN
(13).Try to activate Siri. Press once the Home button to minimize App DB, then press and hold the Home button until Siri appears.
